At SpiceMix, we value customer satisfaction and product quality. Due to the nature of food products, returns or exchanges are accepted only under specific conditions.
Any return or exchange request must be raised within 7 days from the date of purchase. Customers are required to visit our shop in person or contact us by phone to enquire about the issue.
Eligibility for Exchange or Return
To be eligible:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- A valid bill or proof of purchase must be provided
- The request must be made within 7 days of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Since we deal in food products, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Opened or used masalas and pickles
- Perishable food items
- Items damaged due to improper storage after purchase
- Products purchased on discount or sale
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, leaked, or defective, please:
- Visit our store or call us within 7 days
- Provide the original bill and product packaging
After verification, we may offer a replacement or exchange at our discretion.
Refunds
- Cash refunds are not provided
- Approved cases may be eligible for product exchange only
- Refund or exchange decisions will be made after physical inspection of the product
Shipping & Online Orders
Customers are responsible for bringing the product to the shop.
Return shipping is not supported.
